1. Get QR by email
Within minutes after payment you receive the Simy.ro email with QR and activation details. Install now or later — the plan does not start until you connect at destination.
2. Install on iPhone
Settings → Cellular → Add eSIM → Use QR Code. Scan from email. Label the line “Travel” or “Simy”. Keep eSIM data off until you arrive.
3. Install on Android
Settings → Connections / Network → SIMs → Add eSIM / Download SIM. Scan QR. On some models enter SM-DP+ address and code from email manually.
4. At destination
Enable mobile data on the eSIM line and data roaming on it. Turn off data on your home SIM. Restart the phone once if internet does not appear within 1–2 minutes.

Yes, Wi-Fi at home or at the hotel is enough. You do not need active eSIM mobile data to download the profile.
